Reuben Needs a Home - High Barnet, Herts, UK.

25th May 2011: Reuben is a 19 month old beautiful white neutered male Staffordshire Bull Terrier. He is a cuddly teddy bear, loves other dogs, playing and food! He is house trained, very obedient, gentle and good on the lead. He needs an active owner to keep him busy. Reuben can be rehomed in a household with adults and teenage children. Other dogs would be great for him as she loves them so much.

Reuben is partially deaf but don't let this stop you taking him home! I have never fostered a deaf dog before and find him surprisingly easy. He knows basic hand signs commands. For the rest body language and eye contact is enough. He is a very smart dog. Support will be provided. Click here for more information about training deaf dogs.

As an unclaimed stray he was going to be put to sleep. Taken in by Once Loved Rescue. Reuben has been health checked, microchipped, vaccinated and neutered. The adoption fee of £130 goes toward the medical treatment he has received. This is less than you would pay if you took your free puppy to the vet! You will be sure that you are taking on a healthy dog.

Reuben is in foster in High Barnet where you can meet him (2 min from the M25). He can be rehomed anywhere in UK. If you are interested in giving Reuben a forever home e-mail advertreuben@dogrescues.info or check the Once Loved Rescue website for information about the adoption process.

Reuben is currently in a foster home for Once Loved Rescue All prospective homes will be required to have a pre-adoption home check and post home checks. All dogs available for re-homing are neutered/speyed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and de-flead. We do not rehome dogs to homes with children under the age of 8 years.
