Per Staff Behavioral Analysis: (11.05.2025): Lois is a petite Pitbull mix with the sweetest personality and a playful spark once she feels comfortable. She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her gentle charm shines through. Lois absolutely loves toys and will happily toss them around and do a little dance while she plays. Like many clever pups, Lois can be a door dasher, so it is important to keep an eye out to prevent any sneaky escapes. During her dog interaction test, Lois was a bit stiff at first but remained very sweet and eager to engage. When sharing food, Lois showed a gentle and submissive nature, especially around her son, Stewie, allowing him to eat first. While that may be specific to their relationship, it is something to keep in mind for future dog-to-dog mealtimes. Overall, Lois is a lovable, toy-obsessed sweetheart who just wants a patient, kind home.” Intake Date: 10.21.2025 (Stray with ID) Medical: Pending Rabies Vaccination, Sterilization and Micro-Chipping. Do not forget to bring your pets inside when it is too cold outside. IF IT IS TOO COLD FOR YOU, IT IS TOO COLD FOR THEM! The law says: During cold weather, a dog shelter must have a windbreak at its entrance and have bedding material that is sufficient to protect the animal from cold and promote the retention of body heat.
