We need foster homes for special needs dogs and cats. Some are blind, some are deaf. Others are both blind and deaf. Also foster homes and permanent homes required for HIV positive cats. There has to be someone who has patience and time to spend with these wonderful, loving animals who need some extra help. If you have experience, that would be wonderful! We need help in Jacksonville, and all over Florida. Please, if you have love in your heart for animals, help us with these precious animals, so that they can live as normal a life as possible.
