Notes: Dale is estimated to be around 3-4 years old, and we are guessing that he is a Lab mix. He is around 55 lbs. He is extremely affectionate with people, and has tested well with female dogs but he DOES NOT like male dogs at all. He was curious about cats but showed no aggression towards them. He has decent leash manners, but prefers to hang out with his people over going for a walk He is not clean in a crate or kennel run here at the shelter, and does show signs of separation anxiety.
Dale would do best in a home where he has plenty of time, patience, and training to work on his separation anxiety and crate training with his emotional support person.Click here for information about the Labrador breed

Do not forget to bring your pets inside when it is too cold outside. IF IT IS TOO COLD FOR YOU, IT IS TOO COLD FOR THEM! The law says: During cold weather, a dog shelter must have a windbreak at its entrance and have bedding material that is sufficient to protect the animal from cold and promote the retention of body heat.
